Monster Isle is moving!  Well, nothing drastic, don’t worry… Starting last week, the print version of Monster Isle has moved from Jake (which has closed its doors) to the “Marquee” section of The Athens Banner-Herald.  If you are an Athens local, look for it every Thursday in the paper!

Meanwhile, I’ve decided to move Monster Isle‘s online version to Thursdays as well.  When I began the strip, I set up a system where a strip would hit the paper on Thursday one week, and then online on the NEXT Wednesday.  This was scheduled with the intent of allowing Jake readers to see it first until the paper’s last day on the stands.  However, it made for some of complicated scheduling problems, and running date-specific strips (like holiday strips) was basically impossible.  So, to simplify a bit, I’m moving the strip to Thursdays and the strip that hits the web will be the same that appears in print.  Look for the new strip this Thursday!
