More Flight news!
First of all, the official Flight 4 preview is up! Check it out for more samples! There are two pages from each story, and cool sidebars that give a good feel for all the different artists.
Also, more Newsarama features are up! There is the Creators' Chat, where the artists who took place in the first Roundtable Discussion ask (Flight creator, editor, and artist) Kazu Kibuishi some questions, and then Kazu asks us some of his own. Also, there is the Commentaries feature where we provided a couple pages from our story and gave some notes regarding them.
It's pretty interesting stuff, sorta "DVD Extras" for the book. In fact, between the official preview, Newsarama's 57 pg preview, and the commentaries that I provided, you can see about half of my story!

Flight Volume 4 is in stores now! From what I've heard, it's in book stores for sure, but it might be a few more weeks before it hits comic shops. So, go forth and find those Flights! It's totally worth it.
Speaking of Flight, Newsarama is running a series of features on Flight 4, and I am one of the participants! The first of which is a general roundtable interview with several creators, including myself, about their involvement in Flight, and their stories in the current volume. It's a long read (especially with long-winded responses like mine!) but there's a very interesting variety of responses amongst the cartoonists interviewed. So, check that out, and I'll try to keep you posted, but you can keep an eye on Newsarama for the next week or two for future articles and interviews.

The San Diego Comic-Con is near! I'll be going, how about you?
Here's my scheduled times that I'll be hangin' out at the AdHouse table (2104) where we'll have Superior Showcase #2 and (hopefully!) advanced copies of The Ride Home!
Thursday: 10-12 (With Jamie Tanner [The Aviary])
Friday: 12-2 (With Joshua Cotter [Skyscrapers of the Midwest])
Saturday: 10-12 (With Joshua Cotter)
Sunday: 11-12 (With Joshua Cotter)
All other times I'll be at the Flight table (1128, 1130, 1132, and 1134), or wandering the floors.

Most of my mini-comics are now available at Optical Sloth! So, for those of you who would like to buy my minis, and like the convenience of clicking "add to cart," there ya go! They also put up a new review of Tales of Unusual Circumstance #2. Go to the "Author Index" and click on "W" to find my name. From there you can read reviews and purchase the comics.
You might notice that they don't have The Unremarkable Tree Frog available. That's right. That mini is now and forever out of print, and there are only 29 copies left at the moment. So, to get your hands on that one, you'll have to order it from me directly or get it from me at a convention.
