Wow…has it really been a year…? Today we celebrate a year of Monster Isle! It’s been a ton of fun, and hopefully this is just the beginning.
I’d like to say “Thank You!” to Julie Phillips and the staff at Jake and The Athens Banner-Herald for their support and work on the print version of the strip. Also big thanks to Mary Jessica Hammes for letting me know that Jake was looking for local work in the first place, and giving me the idea to do a weekly strip! And then, of course, thanks a ton to all of the readers and supporters of Monster Isle! I hope you continue to enjoy the strip as it enters year two!
Congrats on hitting the year mark! I hope one day you can make this into a print product as well to accompany your other work!

Thanks everyone! A print collection sure would be nice. I’d have to rescan and recolor (unless we’re talking b&w) the first thirty-some strips, but that’s not out of the question. Maybe some day…
